Things Are Going Well
Today Sunday, 11th.
I’m becoming increasingly more confident that the preventive measures I am undertaking are having an impact in general. My health is as good as has it has been in 25 years. My strength as good as ever and I feel mentally really sharp. I believe that physical training is a key component of the overall ability to limit the impact of Alzheimer’s, and along with a good (but not overly restrictive) diet is also very important. I think CBD, and Prevagen are contributing to mental sharpness and I feel more confident of that every day. I have had no concerning incident in a couple weeks and feel really good about that. I have also been playing some of the word games in the news paper and have shown a general progression in the ability to solve them. So what I am learning is that the ability to keep a mentally fit is directly tied to ones overall health both mentality and physically. Like anything else you get out what you put in, so do the work.
