Well I’m Back!!

Let’s try this agian.

Today I’m not on the golf course so I thought I would get back into this thing. I will say that I’m much more comfortable with my status, and the things that had me concerned about my mental condition and those things for which I was concerned about when it comes to any indicators I may have that would be consistent with the onset of ALZ.

While there have been some thing that have been cause for a momentary pause, they do not seem to be repetitive in nature and are not what appear to be abnormal. Forgetting where my car keys are, or momentarily not knowing the reason I walked into room, all normal stuff for most my age. So feeling pretty good. I also have been working pretty hard on my weight loss and conditioning goals and have had a few physical problems, also I think, related to age, but have been able to recover well and actually feel I’m in better shape today than I have been in a long time.

I am also contemplating adding a thing I do on Facebook, where I give what I call a “Shout Out” to someone or organization that has had an impact on my life. It has been well received on Facebook so I think it would be something that would be a positive addition. Here is an example.

Time for the Sunday Shout Out!!! So this one is easy, yesterday was National Sons Day! Only fitting to give a Shout Out to my two boys Michael and Sean! Debbie and I have been so very fortunate (as all parents are) to have been given the gift of our two boys. Watching them grow into the fine young men they have become is just really so very gratifying. We are very very grateful that they are happy and healthy (knock on wood) and productive members of society, and we feel blessed for who they are. I could spend a great deal of time relaying stories of their accomplishments and things that they maybe could have done….lets just say differently, as any parent could but it would take the rest of the day I think so I will spare the proud papi stuff and only say they are good men, who live good lives and have a great deal to be proud of.

So this Sons Day Shout Out goes to Michael and Sean Moore, I love you guys, Happy Sons day!

Well that’s it for now, I’m really going to try and stick with this process going forward so wish me luck!
